Title
VISION
Communities, corporations, schools and organizations are culturally responsive spaces where everyone feels that their cultural identities are assets; where diversity, inclusion, equity and justice are woven into the fabric of the organization.
OUR APPROACH
MINDSET AND BEHAVIOR ALIGNMENT
We focus on shifting and strengthening mindsets - becoming equity and inclusion minded; and learning the skills and developing the tools to create culturally responsive spaces.
ABSTRACT TO ACTIONABLE
We move from broad concepts to your specific context, from the abstract to the concrete. We answer the questions: What does this mean for my organization? What does this look like in my work?
LAYERED
Each department is essential to creating a culturally responsive environment. Every stakeholder is impacted by spaces that are not culturally responsive. We help you determine what inclusion and equity look like at every layer.
COLLABORATIVE
We recognize that this work requires multiple voices and perspectives. Our collaborators have a variety of professional and personal experiences that they bring to this work. We also collaborate with you to construct a plan with who you are and what you do in mind.
INTERSECTIONAL
Just as our individual identities are intersectional, our work exists at the intersection of history, social context, lived experiences, and pedagogy/learning theory.
RESEARCH-BASED
We use culturally responsive research methods to help us better understand who you are as an organization, and where you are on your DE&I journey. We use our findings to inform our plan forward.
